End support of our products on Windows 7, 8 and 8.1
Microsoft discontinued support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020.
Extended support for corporate customers ended on January 10, 2023.
This includes technical support as well as system updates.
Windows 8 and 8.1 support also ended on January 10, 2023.
As a result, Crealogix has decided to discontinue support for all software products (PayMaker, NetBanking) and as well as all hardware (PayEye, Giromat, PayPen, ScanMouse) for the above-mentioned operating systems.
As system requirements for our current products PayMaker and NetBanking
as well as PayEye and Giromat have long been Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
Existing / older versions of PayMaker / NetBanking:
These can generally continue to be used. However, Crealogix no longer provides support
support for the continued use of older program versions on Windows 7, 8 and 8.1.
Upgrades / updates / new versions of PayMaker / NetBanking:
As of release 6.0.3.0 on February 21, 2023, PayMaker and NetBanking can no longer be installed on systems prior to Windows 10. Therefore, the operating system must be updated to Windows 10 or 11.
Alternatively, PayMaker can be installed on another / new PC with Windows 10 or 11.
